Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join us as a Customer Support Executive.

Your main goal for this role will be to monitor each employee’s work and provide excellent customer satisfaction to the customers. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements must to apply

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science/Systems or equivalent.
  • Industry experience holder with at least 1 year of experience
  • Must have exceptional English speaking & writing skills.
  • Must have a neutral American accent.
  • Must have knowledge of CRM Systems & Support Applications
  • Candidates with experience in Zoho/Zendesk/Salesforce/Freshdesk will be preferred.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail & chat for Technical Support.
  • Represent the customer to ensure serviceability & product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, & incorporated into the product release cycle.
  • Track & monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Clearly identify, document, & find solutions for customer issues & product problems.
  • Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management & engineering expertise.
  • Communicate technical issues & solutions to the engineering, QA, sales, & support teams as well as to the customer base.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library.
  • Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements/customers.
  • Excellent analysis & debugging skill.
  • Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team.
